1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in and your message.
When you browse the site, our hosting platform records technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use contact form data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal you asked for and follow up on it. The legal basis is the steps you request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR / UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Article 5).
Technical data is used to run the website securely and to understand which pages are used, based on our legitimate interest in operating the site.
4. Who receives it
Your data is processed by our team and by the service providers that host the website and its database on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where a provider processes data outside Türkiye, the UK or the EEA, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer and follow up on it. If no business relationship follows, we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose. If we work together, records are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Under KVKK Article 11 you have equivalent rights.
